This pricing is to cover events where the amount of attendees is unknown or More than thirty people attending to give event organizers a reduced rate for their event.

Shadow Academy requests transportation costs for any instruction at your location with travel more than 30 miles, Over night accommodations where applicable as well as the instuction or demonstration fee. Any number of participants can attend. Presentations cannot be videotaped for duplication or public presentation.

Transportation: If within a 8 Hour driving range, Shadow Academy instructors will drive to your location and ask that the costs for fuel are reimbursed.

If outside this driving range Shadow Academy may request up to 2 round-trip plane tickets for the instructor and an assistant (inexpensive, these days -- about $200 per person), ride to/from airport and venue.

Shadow Academy prefers their instructors to arrive the day before a presentation and leave the day after, so accommodations should include those days. Accommodation: hotel, motel, or private guest room. If there is event vending, tradeoff can be negotiated. Headmaster Wolf prefers events with vending but it is not a requirement.

If a Shadow Academy instructor is flying to your event round-trip tickets required one month ahead of booked date. Deposit of one-half of fee is required at booking, remainder at beginning of workshop.

Shadow Academy does present a limited number of workshops at major events as a service to the community, mostly for charitable causes -- but as a lifestyle teacher, We regret we cannot afford to travel, eat, and devote time to teaching others and passing on this knowledge and experience out of our own pockets.
